Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The $250 ORA Gallery voucher prize draw (“Prize Draw”) will take place at midday on Tuesday 2 June 2026. The method of conducting the Prize Draw will be at the sole discretion of Summerset Holdings Limited and Summerset’s determination of the winner will be final. Entry to the Prize Draw is by completing this flyer to join our Friends of Summerset database, with one entry per person, and must be handed in at the Summerset booth at the Summerset Seniors Morning at the NZ Art Show on Friday 29 May 2026. Summerset reserves the right to exclude any entry at its absolute discretion.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summerset including any of its affiliates, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, costs or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result or in connection with this competition (including any inability to enter, complete or continue this competition due to technical issues). Summerset reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the promotion.
