Terms and Conditions

1. Completing a survey about your visit to a Summerset village is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter of this giveaway is Summerset Management Group Limited (Summerset). The promotion is valid from 12.01am, 7 August 2026 to 11.59pm, 31 December 2026.

3. To enter, participants must complete a survey sent to them from Summerset regarding their recent visit to a Summerset village. Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win a $100 Prezzy Card (one card to be won per each calendar month of the promotion) (Prize). Winners will be selected at random following the end of each calendar month during the promotion period and notified via email. Entry is limited to one per person per visit to a Summerset village. Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

4. Employees of Summerset including their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion (and their family members) are not permitted to enter this promotion and are ineligible to win a Prize.

5. Summerset’s decision is final in relation to the selection of Prize winners, any dispute regarding these terms and conditions and/or the conduct or results of this promotion. These terms and conditions are subject to any further terms and conditions that may be imposed by Summerset. Summerset reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.

6. The Prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred to someone else. If the winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason, Summerset can award the Prize to another winner.

7. By entering the promotion, each entrant licenses and grants to Summerset, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display photography and interview material taken in relation to this promotion, for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.

8. Summerset will not be liable for failure to provide (or delay in providing) a Prize resulting from any events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law.

9. All information provided by the entrants will be collected, used, stored, disclosed and corrected in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, Summerset’s Privacy Policy (available at: summerset.co.nz/privacy-policy) and these terms and conditions. All entrants have the right to access their information and request for any personal information to be corrected.
