Summerset Sings

Summerset Sings is a set of Summerset-exclusive concerts with internationally acclaimed recording artist and entertainer, Will Martin, and other guest performers.

Will has sung at venues all over the world, including London’s Royal Albert Hall, Westminster Abbey and Chicago’s Soldier Field. Closer to home, he has enjoyed being the New Zealand Rugby Union’s national anthem singer of choice for ten All Blacks’ test matches.

Live in Wellington

Filmed in Lower Hutt Events Centre with residents from six villages in attendance, this concert was a celebration of all the mothers, daughters, sisters and aunties at Summerset — but is one for all to watch and enjoy.

Anna Hawkins

For our first Summerset Sings of 2023 we had a very special guest performer — New Zealand songstress and recording artist, Anna Hawkins.

Anna has entertained audiences across the world with her expressive and beautiful tones,
crossing the great musical divides of classical, pop and folk.

A Christmas Special

Summerset Sings launch — The classics

For our first concert in the series, Will's versatile and expressive voice is backed by the City of Prague’s Philharmonic Orchestra, and features reimagining of favourites such as Rod Stewart’s “Sailing”, as well as classical and musical theatre numbers.
