Facilities and activities
Never a dull moment at Summerset
In a Summerset retirement village there is always a calendar of events and activities to keep you busy. And, of course, you can be as involved in as much or as little as you want.
Summerset retirement villages are designed for their environment and the prevailing climate so facilities can vary between villages. But with great indoor and outdoor facilities, there's always something to do, no matter what the weather. Villages include most, if not all, the facilities below.

Diversional and Recreational Therapists in each of our care centres make sure residents are active, cognitively stimulated and socially engaged. Therapeutic Recreation takes place either individually or in small groups, depending on each resident's needs.
This can include exercise programmes, outings to local sights and amenities, crafts and hobbies and visits from local groups.
