In March 2021, Summerset obtained approval of the resource consent with construction of the proposed Summerset village in Prebbleton planned to start in 2022.

Once complete, Summerset Prebbleton will offer over 290 independent homes including a mix of villas, cottages and serviced apartments. There will also be a care centre providing a range of care options plus our industry-leading memory care centre specifically designed to support those living with dementia.

Facilities & activities

Once the village is complete, residents will have access to a range of community facilities.

Our villages are built for their environment and generally include the facilities below. Our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there's always a calendar of events that cater to a wide range of resident interests and activities.
