Terms and Conditions - Moving Services

We want to help make the move to Summerset as smooth as possible, so you can focus on looking forward to your beautiful new home.

Our moving service allows you to draw on the expertise of a Moving Specialist for up to 20 hours. They are there to provide support and assistance as you plan and move. We’ll ensure that you enjoy this next chapter and look forward to being part of this new community.

Simply sign a sales contract for one of our selected homes within the list of villages below within the agreed time frames and receive support for your move to your new Summerset home with one of our Moving Specialists.

Available for sales applications signed between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2024 for the following villages. This is set out in table 1.

Terms and Conditions - Moving Services

  • Services Provided:

    • A Moving Specialist will provide incoming residents with support to assist with moving into the participating Summerset village.

    • A full list of the support available will be discussed at the initial consultation with the Moving Specialist.

  • Additional support and third-party services:

    • If a resident requires additional support over and above the 20 hours provided by the Moving Specialist, the Moving Specialist will assist the resident with finding a third-party supplier to provide the services required.

    • Summerset has negotiated special pricing for its residents with our preferred moving company, Smart Express. Smart Express can assist with downsizing, moving, and cleaning. Residents can ask the Moving Specialist for more information about this. Any services provided to residents by a third-party supplier (including Smart Express) will be at the resident’s cost, and the terms of engagement will be between the resident and that supplier.

  • This offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

  • This service is available to existing residents transferring between units at participating Summerset Villages.

  • Summerset has the right to cancel and/or vary this incentive at any point prior to a resident signing a Sales Application for those villages and homes outlined In table 1.
