At Summerset in the Orchard, our facilities are designed to take advantage of the fantastic Hawke's Bay weather. But no matter the weather, you'll always have something to do with a range of indoor facilities too. Our on-site Activities Coordinator makes sure there's always a calendar of events and activities to keep you entertained, and you can do as much or as little as you choose.

Summerset in the Orchard offers a range of villas, townhouses and apartments. While the village does not have a care centre on site, residents have priority access to the care available in our modern Ministry of Health-certified care centres in Napier and Havelock North. Please note that the Havelock North care centre will be under refurbishment from early 2023 and will be unavailable during this time.
