Your $3,000 deposit is securely held on your behalf with our independent statutory supervisor.

If your plans change or you decide Summerset isn’t right for you, your deposit is fully refundable (including interest). And if you do decide to move in, your deposit simply goes toward your Occupation Rights Agreement.
