Summerset has purchased land as part of the Mission Hills subdivision located on the elevated site to the west of the Mission Estate Winery. Offering breathtaking views with the convenience of being close to Taradale or Napier city centre, our proposed village offers future residents a premium location to retire.
Once completed the village is expected to include approximately 300 homes, a care centre and a range of modern facilities for our residents to enjoy.
The proposed village is currently in the planning and development stage. We are following due process before commencing with the development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003.
