We’ve officially launched our six-month holiday homes trial at Summerset at Monterey Park (Hobsonville), Summerset in the Orchard (Hastings), and Summerset Richmond Ranges.
We’ve set up self-contained apartments, exclusive to Summerset residents, their friends, and family members to book and use as short-stay accommodation, to see another Summerset village, or to stay nearer to loved ones. Relax in our comfortable, self-contained unit right in the village for an unbeatable price!
The trial will help us determine whether to roll out this same offering to all Summerset villages nationwide.

Apartment features: Queen bed, linen and towels, kitchenette, TV, balcony, all cooking utensils and facilities.
Kitchenette includes a microwave, small fridge/freezer and coffee/tea facilities. Food can be purchased at the village café (open 10am-3pm) and hot meals can be pre-ordered for lunch or dinner — just let the village team know on your arrival.

Apartment features: Double bed, linen and towels, ensuite bathroom and a stretcher bed is also available on request.

Our apartment is an open plan room with a double bed, including bed linen and towels in the en-suite bathroom — a stretcher bed is also available on request.
The space is very comfortable with a couch, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs.
The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge and coffee/tea facilities.
$105 per night — standard rate
$90 per night — family and friends of Summerset in the Orchard residents
