Summerset in the Orchard (Hastings), Summerset at Monterey Park (Hobsonville), Summerset Richmond Ranges, Summerset on Cavendish (Casebrook) and Summerset at Heritage Park (Ellerslie). Summerset on the Landing (Kenepuru) is coming soon.
We've setup self-contained, one-bedroom apartments, exclusive to Summerset residents and their family members to book and use as short-stay accommodation, to experience life at another Summerset village, or to stay nearer to loved ones – all for an unbeatable price!

Apartment features: Queen bed, linen and towels, kitchenette, TV, balcony, all cooking utensils and facilities.
Kitchenette includes a microwave, small fridge/freezer and coffee/tea facilities. Food can be purchased at the village café (open 10am-3pm) and hot meals can be pre-ordered for lunch or dinner — just let the village team know on your arrival.
