Summerset Kelvin Grove is located on a beautifully elevated site, enjoying a rural outlook with views over rolling countryside with the Tararua and the Ruahine Ranges in the distance. The village is currently located close to the local Kelvin Grove shops, and just 5km from the city centre.
Once complete, the village will provide high quality living options including a range of independent living homes, options for residents requiring extra support, through to a care centre offering a higher level of care. Residents will also have access to a range of indoor and outdoor facilities.

Summerset residents have access to a range of village facilities. Our villages are built for their environment and generally include facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services. Once the village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events that cater to a wide range of resident interests and abilities.
