Situated on 141 South Belt, Summerset Rangiora will offer convenience at every turn. Just minutes away from the town centre and local amenities, future residents will find everything they need within easy reach. A bus stop will also only be 200 meters from the village entrance, providing direct access to central Rangiora and Christchurch.
Once complete, the village will feature approximately 260 independent homes. There will also be a village centre which will be home to a fantastic range of resort-style facilities, along with a care centre for those residents requiring higher levels of care.

Summerset residents have access to a range of village facilities. Our villages are built for their environment and generally include facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services. Once the village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events that cater to a wide range of resident interests and abilities.
