This offer gives you the peace of mind that you’ll be able to secure your preferred Summerset home, while still having a full six months to sell your current home.
Terms and conditions
This offer is available for Sales Applications signed between 10 June - 31 August 2026 for all existing Licence to Occupy stock (villas, cottages, townhouses, independent apartments, serviced apartments, care apartments, memory care apartments, and care suites) at all villages nationwide, excluding pre-sale stock.
For prospects who want to sell their property before moving in, we will allow six months for the “Confirmation Date for Unconditional Sale of Property” (up to six months to sell your property and confirm you are moving in).
If we receive another unconditional offer, you will have five working days to confirm your application as unconditional and settle within 30 days of receiving notice from us.
This offer is not available to existing Summerset residents.
Summerset has the right to cancel and/or change this incentive at any point prior to you signing a Sales Application.
