Summerset has purchased land in the suburb of Fairy Springs for our first retirement village in the growing region of Rotorua.
The proposed village will be located just 5km from Rotorua CBD, with the nearest supermarket and medical centre just 1.5km away. Surrounding the village is some of Rotorua’s top tourist attractions that are sure to appeal to the grandchildren when they visit!
The proposed village is currently in the planning and development stage. We are following due process before commencing with the development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003.

Summerset residents have access to a range of community facilities. Our villages are built for their environment and generally include facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services.
Once the proposed village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events.
