Get early access to newly available homes that best match your preferences before they’re released to the public. If the timing isn’t quite right, you’ll stay on the VIP Waitlist and keep your priority. You’ll also receive exclusive invitations to VIP Waitlist-only village events.

If you’re not ready just yet, joining the VIP Waitlist is a great way to keep your options open. It gives you the reassurance of having a Plan B without needing to make a decision now.

3. Secure deposit

Your $3,000 deposit is securely held on your behalf with Public Trust, our independent statutory supervisor.

4. You’re in control

If your plans change or you decide Summerset isn’t right for you, your deposit is fully refundable (including interest). And if you do decide to move in, your deposit simply goes toward your Occupation Rights Agreement.
