Choosing your new home is a big decision and we know that it can be disappointing if you’re ready to move in but the home you really want may still be months away from completion. With our Summerset transfer policy, you will be able to move into the village today and enjoy everything it has to offer, while knowing that when your preferred home becomes available, you’ll have first option of transferring to it! Plus, we will waive the 2% transfer fee making the move even sweeter.


Terms and conditions

  1. Valid for sales applications signed between 1 April 2023 – 31 December 2023 for the following villages; Summerset at Heritage Park, Summerset at Monterey Park, Summerset by the Dunes, Summerset at Pohutukawa Place, Summerset Palms, Summerset Mount Denby, Summerset Prebbleton, Summerset St Johns, Summerset Cambridge, Summerset Milldale, Summerset Waikanae, Summerset Boulcott and Summerset Blenheim;

  2. Valid for new and presale Independent Living Units (villas, apartments, cottages) only;

  3. Following the transfer, we will refurbish your home. Any damage you caused to your home, other than fair wear and tear, will be your responsibility and at your cost to repair;

  4. Eligible for a free transfer (2% transfer fee waived) within 2 years after taking possession of your home or, for transfers to a Summerset village that is not yet open when you took possession of your home, within 1 year after the relevant Summerset village opens (whichever is longer) ;

  5. Residents will be responsible for third party costs associated with the transfer (including legal and removal costs);

  6. Residents will be required to pay the difference in licence fee as per Summerset’s transfer policy;

  7. Summerset’s standard transfer terms apply;

  8. Summerset has the right to cancel and/or change this incentive at any point prior to you signing a sales application;

  9. Offer does not apply to existing residents of any Summerset Village.
