*Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Entry to the netball tickets for two prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is by completing the flyer to join our Friends of Summerset database, with one entry per person. Entries must be handed in at any village participating in the promotion on the day of the event. (Summerset in Papamoa on Wednesday 15 February 2023, Summerset in Ellerslie on Wednesday 22 February 2023). Summerset reserves the right to exclude any entry at its absolute discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

The Ellerslie Prize Draw is for two tickets to the Northern Mystics v Southern Steel, Saturday 4 March, 7.00pm, The Trusts Arena, Auckland.

The Papamoa Prize Draw is for two tickets to the Avis Magic v Robinhood Stars, Saturday 11 March, 4.00pm, Trustpower Arena, Tauranga.

The Prize Draw will take place at 12 noon on Friday 24 February 2023. The method of conducting the Prize Draw will be at the sole discretion of Summerset Management Group and Summerset’s determination of the winner will be final.

The winners of the promotion will be notified on Monday 27 February 2023 via the email and phone number provided at time of entry. Winners must acknowledge acceptance of and claim their prize by Tuesday 28 February 2023. Failure to do so will lead to another draw.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summerset including any of its affiliates, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, costs or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result or in connection with this competition (including any inability to enter, complete or continue this competition due to technical issues).
