Less cost. More living.

A simpler way to live, with lower everyday costs
Everyday life has become more expensive - fuel, rates, home insurance and home maintenance continue to rise, without adding much value to daily living.
Village life at Summerset offers a smarter alternative. When homes, facilities and social spaces are designed within walking distance, driving becomes optional and fuel costs naturally reduce.
A single weekly fee replaces many separate household expenses, creating greater certainty and fewer surprises. With less time and money spent managing a home, you are free to pursue all your passions and hobbies, or just find a place to relax.
Walkable by design
At Summerset, we design out homes, facilities and social spaces close together, reducing the need for daily driving, helping to lower fuel costs.
Clear weekly costs
One single weekly fee replaces many separate household costs - helping make expenses more predictable and easier to manage, even as rates, home insurance and maintenance costs rise.
No house hassles
Gardening, repairs and exterior upkeep are taken care of, removing the time, effort and unexpected costs of maintaining a standalone home.
