Village status
In July 2015, Summerset purchased the 2.5 hectares known as Parsons' Paddock, on St Johns Road as the proposed site for a new retirement village. When complete, we hope the village will be home to around 400 residents.
The proposed village is currently in the planning and development stage. We are following due process before commencing with development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this Village under the Retirement Villages Act 2013.
