Conveniently located just 2km from Mosgiel’s town centre and 15km from Dunedin, this proposed village is designed to offer a relaxing environment and will feature open green spaces linked to the Owhiro Stream. With four local golf clubs nearby, Summerset Mosgiel offers something for everyone.
Once complete, the village will feature a range of living options including independent living homes, options for residents requiring extra support, through to a care centre offering a higher level of care. Residents will also have access to a wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities.
This proposed village is currently in the planning and design stage. We are following due process before commencing with development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003.
