Summerset's Exercise Programme

An extension of our popular in-village exercise programme CB Fit, CB Fit Seated has been developed by Summerset’s resident fitness expert, Daniel Hardie to give you a taste of our signature exercise class but in a seated version.

These online classes have a mix of strength, balance and coordination exercises, and have been specifically curated for those who may need, or prefer, to be seated during their workouts.

Daniel has over 15 years experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry and is passionate about the relationship between physical and cognitive health.
