We’re holding an Open Days at our six Wellington villages, and you’re invited!
If you’ve ever been curious about village life, now’s the time to get in touch to see the lifestyle that our wonderful Wellington villages have to offer.
We’d love to give you a taste of the Summerset life that our residents love so much and show you around our stunning villages and the range of available homes, all safe and secure within our gated village communities.*
Join us at our Open Days on Thursday 9, 16, 23 or 30 May between 10am - 2pm and discover the home that's right for you.
You'll find us at Waikanae, Paraparaumu, Kenepuru, Aotea, Boulcott and Trentham.
