COVID-19 settings in villages

At any time, we ask that you do not visit any Summerset village if you feel unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms.

Visiting the Care Centre

  • We welcome all visitors (vaccinated and unvaccinated — including children of all ages) into our care centres

  • Care centre visitors are no longer routinely required to complete a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) prior to the visit

  • At any time, we ask that you do not visit a Summerset care centre if you feel unwell with any cold or flu-like symptoms (village residents included)

  • If you have tested positive for Covid-19, please do not visit the Care Centre for ten days.

  • Visitors to our care centres are still required to sign in using the iPad at reception or Sine app, and answer the health screening questions

  • If someone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19, please don’t visit during the recommended five-day testing period

  • While they are no longer mandatory, we do recommend that medical masks continue to be worn while inside the facility, for the safety of others’ loved ones and your own

  • Please note: The above outlined care centre visiting processes may change at a village if they are experiencing an outbreak of any infectious illness including Covid-19. Any closures or additional precautions will be communicated at village level
