Live at home with confidence
Summerset villages with certified care apartments have completed an independent audit and have received certification of their ability to deliver rest home level care. You can have total confidence in the quality of care available to you in your care apartment.
Access to government subsidy
If you are eligible for a subsidy, Summerset will help you to ensure that you receive this. Our knowledge and professional links will help to make this easier.
Round the clock care
A qualified caregiver is on hand 24 hours a day, under the direction of our registered nurse(s). Staff can be accessed at any time by the call buttons within your care apartment.
Transfer with ease
If you live in one of our villas or apartments, and the need arises, moving to one of our care apartments attracts no additional capital cost.
A caring home
Should your needs change, e.g. you come to need hospital level care, we will work with you and your family to find the very best solution for you. It will be reassuring to know we have hospital level care available in our Care Centres, and as a Summerset resident you will have priority.
