Summerset Sure

It starts with our first promise – to give you a choice of homes so that you can choose the one that is designed for your stage of life.  It may be a modern two bedroom villa with a study, it may be a spacious apartment or it may be a care apartment.  What is important is that it’s a real home to you, where you will be able to put your stamp on it and be completely comfortable with your choice.

If you do decide on a villa or an apartment, you have our second promise.  Should you need a little extra help or care, this can be provided to you in your own home.  We recognise that you will want to stay in your home as long as possible, but we have care apartments and – in most villages - Care Centres should these better suit your needs.  It will be a comfort to know you will have priority access to our Care Centres.†

Our third undertaking is to make sure you are happy with your choice.  If you do not love our friendly welcome, our way of life, the services we offer and most importantly the home you have chosen, you are free to move on within ninety days of moving in and we will refund your money in full.*
