Our Story
Summerset's origins are in the Wellington region with the founder commencing the first village to provide a real home and community in retirement for his mother. From these humble beginnings Summerset now has villages throughout the North Island and has made its first land purchase in the South Island this year.
The core focus from the beginning and still holding true today is making sure all of our customers experience the unique Summerset "welcome home". We hold this belief and value set as strongly as ever.
