About Us
Summerset is a leading New Zealand supplier of quality and affordable retirement living, offering a range of lifestyle options, care facilities and services to over 1,420 residents throughout the New Zealand’s North Island. Summerset was established in 1994 and we opened our first retirement village in 1997. Since that time, our development programme has continued and Summerset now has a total portfolio of 12 villages. Of these 12 villages, ten are already operating and two are in the early stages of development. Summerset also has an additional 4 locations earmarked for future villages.
